Do you also have a Bread Maker at home? Are you baking any bread or cakes or kaya using your bread maker?
I don’t anymore. At first i suspected i was gluten intolerance. You know, allergy to gluten, wheat, flour, rye, barley??
Then i googled to find out more about this gluten intolerance, turn out a lot more people are having this issues too.
Well, as long as you don’t eat gluten food you will be alright…
