Never Leave the playground – Stephen Jepson

Aging is not a problem for Stephen Jepson, aged 72 where he proofs he could ride unicycle, juggles while balancing on a bongo board, throws knives and walks a tightrope, swam across Iowa’s spirit Lake at the age of 66, and won more than 80 gold medals in swimming since the age of 65 and much more.

He just keeps on moving forward, by playing. He’s invented toys for all ages to used for daily routine, especially for to keep our left and right brain working. He believes consistent movement will regain back balance and prevent aging disease. Stephen who is a professor at University of Florida for 8 years started his own compnay, Jepson Pottery. His pottery had won him many awards. He even make instructional videos and teaches seminars at World Pottery Institute.

Over the last 3 years, he began to research and document his theory of lifetime fitness in “Never Leave the Playground”

He invented toys and games to help young and old maintain their health at all ages.
