Google+ comprises of several new features including Circles, Sparks, Hangouts, Mobile, Location, Instant Upload, and Huddle

Circles
Google Circles allow user to customized and organize circle of friends by groups for example: Friends, College mate, room mates and etc. It’s easy, just drag and drop your contacts into each of these groups, which makes it easier to share what you want with them.

 
Sparks
Sparks is similar to Google Reader, difference is it brings content to you automatically based on your interests. Each topic from technology, health topics will get it own “Spark” page and provide links to related articles, videos, photos and many more.

 
Hangouts
Hangouts are basically virtual rooms where you can hold a video chat with people in your circles. It’s a video chat.

 
Huddles
Huddles is a group messaging for those within your Circles. There is also a mobile application available for Android now that lets you send messages from your phone. Select your group, and everyone can chat with each other.

 
Instant Upload
This is awesome. Just snap on your Android phone, and it will automatically uploaded to Google+
