Instant Oats:

For a single serving:

  1. Add 3-4 table spoon of instant oats into cup/bowl
  2. Add a cup of boiled water

The texture/hardness of the oats will be soften within 1 to 2 minutes

Rolled Oats:

For a single serving:

  1. Add 3 table spoon of rolled oats into a cooking pot.
  2. Add a cup of water
  3. Boil for 6 to 15 minutes with lid slightly open, based on your liking of the texture of the oat.

Energy saving tip: boil oats for 3 – 4 minutes, turn of heat. Let the heat inside the pot to continue to cook the oats. Serve oats after 10 – 30 minutes. YMMV.
