Have you seen an apartment with a car elevator? I have not seen one before and it’s something new for me. Nicole Kidman and her husband Keith Urban just bought a brand new penthouse apartment at Manhattan worth $10 million. But it isn’t the price which is eye catching, it’s their car elevator.
Their duplex unit measures at 3,248 sq feet, comes with 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, and 2 city view loggias. Their main hall space is located on the unit’s upper flour which include 20 foot x 22 foot living room with western views over Hudson Rivers and with a exquisite dining room combined with a gourmet kitchen with folding oiled teak, when closed will conceal kitchen equipments.
Of all the 14 of the buildings 16 apartments, it comes with a private 300 sq ft “En-suite Sky garage” which are accessible by driving their car into a giant key lock elevator that will lift the car up to the same level of their apartment.
