Dear Rosamundwo,
I have to say that this free shuttle bus to MidValley is so far the s***test bus service I’ve ever experienced in Malaysia. Why? Let me list to you 5 reasons. Because:
(1) It doesn’t reach ON TIME +/-10 mins.(90% occasionally). It seems to me that the bus driver(s) is taking his OWN SWEET TIME to reach MidValley and arrive back at LRT Bangsar;
(2) I notice that several,different Triton buses (interior design wise) have been used to commute passengers from LRT Bangsar to MidValley over the past 4-5 years, and surprisingly in some of those buses, they actually did not display arrival-departure schedule times on the buses’ windowglass (either the Mon-Thur. schedule or Fri-Sun. schedule). This could possibly led to the delay in the arrival-departure times since there is no schedule to refer to;
(3) The bus driver(s) are way off the arrival-departure schedule times – I’m fully aware that arrival-departure schedule times may vary due to bad traffic conditions, but seriously?… an 8.20pm departures from LRT Bangsar on weekdays? (when the scheduled time is at 8.05pm) and an 8.05pm departures from LRT Bangsar on weekends? (when the scheduled time is at 7.50pm). That would only leave him with a mere 10 mins. to continue on the next trip (sigh!). The traffic jam in Bangsar can’t be that bad, UNLESS if the bus driver(s) take a different,longer route or taking his OWN SWEET TIME to reach MidValley :p
(4) Because of items no. 2 & 3 above, some of the shuttle bus’ trip times may have been `compromised’/skipped? to `adjust’ to the bus driver(s)’ arrival-departure schedule times! (this is only my suggestion) As a result, passengers will have to wait longer than usual for the bus to depart/ to arrive!
(5) Could the s***test bus service I’ve ever experienced in Malaysia, due to the bus driver(s)’ poor attitude? (taking too much time on morning/lunch/dinner breaks, taking too much time recording his bus trips’ chart records & taking too much time picking up passengers to and from LRT Bangsar?) Again, I’m only suggesting here…
